Laura Gemser's debut film is a breezy, carefree, romantic jaunt through paradise. She plays an island girl that falls in love with an engineer who is sent there to tend to a silver mine. The visuals are gorgeous (it was shot in Seychelles), and 24 year-old Laura Gemser (credited as "Emanuelle") really shines. A bit slow, but nevertheless interesting film.
